You should connect the AIO fans to a nearby header, which may be SYS2, SYS4, and so on.

If you don't have a CPU_OPT header and the AIO pump is connected to the CPU header, that's fine. This isn't a fan, but the pumps are controlled in the same basic way. This is the round metallic/mirrored object near the top center of the motherboard, often with some RGB. If you have a CPU_OPT header, that is hopefully connected to your AIO pump. Connect one of these to the CPU fan header, then daisy chain the other two to that. The CPU connector is typically used for the CPU fan(s), which on this machine are mounted on the AIO on the side. The Sky Tech Prism II looks to use a MetallicGear Neo Qube case, and I happen to have one of those. If you have 9 fans, splitting them up into groups of 3 may be a good start. You don't say which motherboard you have, but generally the Gigabyte boards will have connectors such as CPU, CPU_OPT, SYS1, SYS2, and so on. The fan connected to the first 4 pin connector will set the speed for the ones on the 3 pin connector. If you look at the daisy chain connectors there may be some with 4 pins and some with only 3. You don't need to use software as you can do everything from the BIOS, but opinions vary on this. If they are 4 pin fans then you should be able to control the speed. And forgive me if I completely butchered everything I just typed, I’m new to this and learning something new everyday. The fans and cpu cooler are sky tech branded so I wasn’t sure if Corsair would work or not.

To control the speed of all the fans do I need to break them up between the other 4 pin connections or is there another software I could download to avoid rerouting them? My buddy suggested Corsair software to control all the fans as well as the cpu cooler fan and the rgbs.

The motherboard has 4 other 4 pin fan connections. After some investigation I found that all 9 fans are daisy chained together to the cpu fan 4 pin. The pc has a gigabyte mother board so I installed the app center and the fan tuning software from gigabyte but after attempting to change the fan speeds nothing happened. I recently purchased a sky tech prism ii, the pc is awesome but the fans run full speed all the time and with nine fans it is extremely loud. Forgive me if my terminology isn’t quite correct, this is my first pc and I’m not very computer savvy.
